What Are The Costs to Selling My House?
We want to make sure there are no surprises for you when you’re selling your house, so here are a few costs and other financial things to consider: Items like excise tax will be subtracted from the sales price. Other costs include paying off any existing home loans, prorated taxes and interest, brokerage fees, title and escrow fees, and so on. Your net proceeds will be what receive from the sale of your home, minus the costs. If you are purchasing another home, you will want to know this!
